After the registration of return request, you will receive the necessary instructions from an operator (confirmation of return acceptance according to the conditions displayed on website, the return method, address for return, notices regarding the return of amount paid etc.) for the performance of return (you will receive an answer to the email sent, please check the spam folder of your email) → Swiss-shop.ro will return the countervalue of returned products (by crediting procedure on the initial transaction) within maximum 14 days from the denouncement date in writing of this contract, but not before the reception of goods, the amount returned contains the transport cost only in case of total return.
Please pack carefully the returned products, Shop-Swiss will not return the countervalue of products if they are deteriorated during transport.

The return right applies only to the products ordered and paid on the website Swiss-shop.ro. The regulations of GEO no.34/2014 for the return right of consumer do not addres to the legal persons and the persons who collect the products ordered and paid for from the office of Swiss Estetix.
